The Performance Director (PD) contributes to Power Train’s success by leading site programming and sessions execution to develop and sustain a facility environment that supports the Company's Mission and Vision. In addition, the PD is responsible for leading the location’s efforts to improve the overall success of the business through new business development and client retention. The PD will spend the majority of their time developing their performance coaches and holding the team accountable to deliver on all of the performance objectives set forth by the company. In addition, the Performance Director will focus on the team delivering unmatched results for our clients in a fun, engaging, and competitive environment.

Key Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities and job functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Role model and promote Power Train's mission and values by motivating and supporting all team members to deliver performance results for each and every client
  • PD has overall accountability for the consistent execution of all operational objectives, people management, client retention, and facilities that meet or exceed company standards.
  • Manage the daily performance of all clients by providing timely, consistent, and action-oriented feedback
  • Responsible for the approval of all client programs and oversight of the Trial Process
  • Operate as primary contact for their respective facilities
  • Ensure that all company protocols are adhered to by all team members
  • Motivate and support team to ensure that they execute all daily sessions and new business development activities
  • Create opportunities to grow client count through high-quality interactions and creative training sessions designed to drive overall membership growth and retention
  • Build and develop high-performing teams focused on creating a quality experience for our athletes
  • Ensure the site’s team members are motivated, high-level talent by recruiting, training, and developing the team
  • Deliver on all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
