Requirements

We are searching for a candidate with:

• Bachelor’s degree required with degrees related to economics, finance or analytics preferred.
• Analytical work experience in a high performance environment is a must.
• Elevator / Industrial Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Track record of ability to work independently in a high-demand, performance-driven environment.
• Advanced Excel spreadsheet modelling.
• Excellent presentation skills; ability to communicate impactfully and succinctly orally and in writing.
• Ability to multitask, pivoting quickly as demands change in real-time, and the ability to adjust workflows to reflect practical time constraints.

Duties and Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

Product Strategy Initiatives

• Evaluate market dynamics and drive insights for product growth.
• Analyze geographic and customer volumes, identify significant trends and propose accelerating workstreams or practical solutions.
• Work with sales teams to identify insights in estimate, order, sales and project data to maximize revenue potential.
• Collaborate with Finance to optimize product-line reporting and build out the company’s budget.
• Find opportunities to expand into new product categories, present business case proposals and spearhead expansion efforts.
• Partner with Operations to forecast future product requirements.
• Support Corporate Development and Strategic initiatives including acquisition diligence and mergers and acquisitions process support.
• Build and implement integration and improvement plans for newly acquired businesses.
• Prepare and present materials for Senior Executives and the company's Board of Directors

Pricing Initiatives

• Support and refine existing pricing processes across all our businesses.
• Construct and support new pricing processes and structures across all our businesses, while taking on increasing oversight of teams as leadership capability is demonstrated.
• Conduct and assist with special pricing projects requiring expert knowledge of multiple departments.
• Identify areas for continued pricing accuracy.
• Perform pricing elasticity calculations and otherwise analyze the impact of our price changes.

• Salary for New York Based Applicants: $70,000-$85,000 per year (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and in keeping with local legislation).
