Vantage is comprised of eight business units including GAL Manufacturing; GAL Canada; Hollister-Whitney; Elevator Controls; Courion; Bore-Max; Thames Valley Controls and Vertical Dimensions. Through its brands, Vantage supplies almost all electro-mechanical devices used in contemporary elevators. The Vantage Group employs over 900 staff in multiple locations across the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom.
The Quality Data Entry is responsible for completing cases, RMAs, documenting findings, analyzing data, identifying pain points, and proposing solutions. This position reports to the Quality Engineer and is a member of the Quality Control group.

Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with:

• High school diploma required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:

• Review Open Cases on Salesforce and work with the system, records, and applicable members for completion.
• Review Open RMAs and work with needed systems, records, and members for completion.
• Review QCMRB location on V9 and work with applicable tasks, such as inventory, and members to update location to proper qty.
• Other duties as assigned.

Benefits of Working With Us

• Salary for New York City Based Applicants: $20.00 - $25.00 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and in keeping with local legislation).

Position Details

• Day shifts, generally 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Based in the Bronx, New York
