Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and Powersports, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate Customer Retension Managament system (CRM)
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively promote and sell merchandise
- Keep the store organized by setting the sales floor daily
- Provide information on products, services, and promotions to customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Process customer information during the slaes process

-Must be able to work Tuesday thru Saturdays during the busy season April thru August

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, wireless sales, or powersports sales is preferred
- Proficiency in English language for effective communication with customers
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of powersports sales is a plus(motorcycles, ATV's, UTV's)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
