Street Stuff Cycle is seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team and share the passion for Motorcycles and Offroad vehicles! Previous sales experience not required but basic knowledge of powersports is needed.

This sales associate position is for the motivated and driven that are eager to earn. This is a base plus commission position with incentives when monthly goals are met.

```Responsibilities```
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a consistent basis
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
