As a Digital Production Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for the design and production of our clients’ custom products. You ensure our clients' photos are produced at the highest standard, so their memories are preserved for years to come. If you have a background in print or design, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, then apply today!

What will you do as a Digital Production Specialist?

• Ensure our client’s orders are produced at the highest standard and on time.

• Create custom products for senior orders and schools.

• Review orders for errors and quality before shipment.

• Manage client order correction requests.

• Communicate across departments and external vendors to track production and delivery timelines.

• Perform light retouching and editing of client photos.

Can you check these boxes?

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Return a satisfactory background check.

• Experience in Photoshop and InDesign preferred.

• Ability to learn and understand CADY product lines.

• Willing to work a fluctuating schedule based on company needs.

• Able to work individually, but also in a team environment.

• Able to work at a faster pace while maintaining attention to details.
