BridgeTower Media is currently seeking a full-time Digital Production Specialist to join our dynamic production and creative department, StudioBTM. This role offers a hybrid office/work-from-home arrangement and requires the candidate to be able to commute to our office in Fenton, MO.

StudioBTM serves as an internal shared-services hub responsible for the majority of creative work across BridgeTower properties. Our team provides a range of design and production services to various departments including editorial, marketing, sales, circulation, and events.

As a Digital Production Specialist, you will play a crucial role in production planning and oversight across multiple markets. You will be integral to supporting both sales and editorial teams within our local markets. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven publishing environment, possessing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in updating schedules and production details for over annual events
• Fulfill production requests from event, editorial, digital, and sales teams across 4-multiple markets
• Produce event web page updates, online interview recordings, podcasts, and webinars
• Follow checklists to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards
• Occasionally provide art direction and creative design input
• Report routine production data
• Perform additional production tasks as assigned

Required Skills:

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and effective time management
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-sensitive publishing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in analysis and decision-making
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to deliver high-quality results.
• Reliable home internet connection with minimum 50mbps up/10mbps down

Qualifications:

• 1 or more years of experience in a production or creative team environment
• Proficiency with WordPress or similar website platforms
• Preferred familiarity with project management software such as Asana.com
• Experience with graphic design and A/V production software including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Audition, and After Effects
• Basic understanding of podcast and webinar production fundamentals
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Stay in touch of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital production, content marketing, and related fields through ongoing learning and professional development activities, including workshops, courses, and industry events.
