Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Providing user device and office IT infrastructure service (further in text - service) operations and regular/ad-hoc maintenance to ensure fulfilment of service availability and security requirements
  • Service incident resolution, escalation to third party suppliers and problem analysis and resolution
  • Providing service metrics data and reporting on service availability, capacity and security
  • Provision service/system updates and deployments
  • User request fulfilment
  • Service long-term vision as set with business stakeholders
  • Ensuring service quality and improvements as required by capacity or business requirements needs
  • Ensuring business requirements mapping to service functionality and change implementation
  • Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to position
  • Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences.
  • Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work.

Qualifications
  • Secondary (higher, special etc.) education, preferrably in IT.
  • Fluent English written and spoken.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Support role.
  • Profound IT skills - computer hardware, operating systems, TCP/IP networking, security.
  • Experience in computer, laptop, printer, mobile device configuration and support.
  • Knowledge of network service management and support (e.g. Active Directory, DNS, VPN solutions, WiFi etc.)
  • Experience with SCCM or other workstation infrastructure management platform - architecture, hierarchy configuration, OSD, patching, application packaging etc.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create structured documentation.
  • Knowledge of IT management frameworks (eg. ITIL) preferred.
  • Enterprise employment experience preferred.
  • Ability to work outside normal business hours and travel as required
  • Related team management experience preferred.
