ProVal Technologies is a consulting firm for Managed IT Service providers, helping them navigate and manage their suite of technology products to support end customers. Our team helps MSP's leverage best practices and efficiencies across their tools and technologies, to make MSP's more efficient and profitable. ProVal also takes on operational capabilities in managing non-customer-facing work for MSP's so they can focus their teams on building customer relationships.
We're looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager eager to lead our marketing, MSP community engagement, and events efforts. This individual will be key in crafting and deploying marketing, community and event initiatives that appeal to our target audience. As a key spokesperson for ProVal, you will play a pivotal role in conveying our vision to the sector we cater to, highlighting our unparalleled expertise in our services for Managed IT Service Providers. This position offers a remarkable chance for someone aiming to leverage their B2B marketing skills to generate significant impact.
Job Details:

• Salary range: $60,000-$80,000 annually
• Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid
• Job requires ability to work in Orlando (Altamonte Springs) office 2-3 times per week

Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute marketing plans to enhance our brand's visibility and drive inbound sales inquiries.
• Take ownership of marketing campaigns from their inception through completion.
• Plan, lead, execute all tradeshow representation for the company; identify opportunities for new events.
• Explore various customer acquisition strategies, including content creation and management, PPC, events, webinars, social networking, lead generation efforts, and copywriting.
• Build and maintain strategic alliances with significant stakeholders, companies, and third parties within the channel.
• Facilitate the creation of marketing materials, ranging from digital assets to print media (swag, giveaways, etc.)
• Track, analyze, and report on the success of our marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary based on data insights.
• Manage annual marketing budget and provide insights on event/spend ROI

Requirements

• 4 year Bachelor degree in Marketing or similar.
• Minimum 4 years work experience in Marketing.
• Travel within the US for trade shows and conferences (8-10 annually).
• A thorough understanding of web analytics tools, such as HubSpot.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of creating compelling narratives.
