Job Overview:

We are seeking a Bindery Operator to join our team. As a Bindery Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining bindery equipment to produce and package high-quality printed materials. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

- Set up and operate bindery equipment that could include shrink wrappers, cutters, folders, collators, stitchers, and binders

- Monitor machine operation to ensure production meets quality standards

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production

- Follow job specifications and instructions to complete tasks accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production deadlines

- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments as needed

Skills:

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
