Job Description​

Position involves verifying payor type, eligibility and insurance benefits, as well as estimate completion and money collection over the phone. Position also involves ensuring payor precertification has been obtained and communicated to all appropriate parties and placed on the account for billing purposes. Position requires extensive phone and computer work, as well as interaction with patients, payors, schedulers and physicians offices. Position requires extensive multitasking while utilizing multiple systems and resources.
