• Manage Multiple phone lines
• Take and retrieve messages
• Clerical duties such as photocopying, filing and date entry
• Assist Manager complete and catch up clerical duties 
• Detail Oriented and problem solving ability

• Manage administrative duties in a professional, customer focused, courteous manner
• Ability to deliver professional customer service via telephone and in person
• Ability to adopt to change in a positive manner
• Flexible, fast learner
• Proven working experience in an administrative role
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient typing skills
• Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize
