**About the Role:**
Were looking for a Field Sales Associate to join our Industrial Markets team in Shanghai or Beijing China who will grow the Filtration business in the Minerals (Cement) markets.
**Responsibilities:** Identify new opportunities and exceed profitable sales growth in the China region
Develop and attain sales forecast
Direct accountability for developing and closing sales amongst designated accounts
Build & maintain long-term customer relationship & satisfaction
Develop sales strategy and tactics for Filtration business in consultation with leadership team
Consultative and value selling with technically-oriented customers
Provide first level technical and quality support to the end users
Create sales strategy working together with global/regional MARCOM team
Handle trade-show, conference and technical seminars etc
Share knowledge and experience with APAC & Global Filtration team directly and via Salesforce system **Required Qualifications:**
University graduate or equivalent knowledge and experience (Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
More than 5 years sales experience with industrial products, preferable filtration
Good English proficiency (spoken & written)
A good hunter sales mentality to effectively uncover and qualify prospects
Capable to identify and build quality network in the Cement industry via social media, conferences, exhibitions, referrals, sales consultants, etc
Proficient in strategic selling and prospecting skill
Competent in consultative and value selling skill with technically oriented customers
Experience and successful selling through third party (EPC, OEM, agent)
Quick customer acquisition of 1- 2 new accounts (from top 10 Cement) using sales consultant.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time in China
