LaHaze Cannabis Company is Hiring a Field Sales Associate Near Cheboygan, MI

LaHaze is a community-oriented organization dedicated to developing high quality accessible cannabis products. We are looking for a sales professional to assist in our whole-sale efforts and brand awareness initiatives. In this role you will become an expert in LaHaze products. You will be responsible for building out the business directly with dispensaries, attending trade shows/vendor days, and developing brand awareness across the state of Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with the organization in its infancy.

Responsibilities:

· Lead generation: Develop key relationships with target audience to sell inventory as it becomes available.

· Collaborate with Grow Team: Work closely with the grow team to anticipate product availability, assist in developing proactive sales plans, and become well versed in our product.

· Account Management: Regularly follow up with existing accounts to maintain strong relationships and address any concerns. Travel to visit accounts across the state.

· Business Development: Identify and pursue new retail account opportunities, fostering relationships for business growth.

· Supplier Relations: Explore potential partnerships with other growers and processors to source products for resale, including brokering sales for smaller teams.

· Vendor Days: Lead onsite vendor days at retail stores as directed to showcase LaHaze products and create brand awareness.

· White Label Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities for LaHaze to white label products, such as bulk flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, and pre-rolls.

· Tolling Arrangements: Explore options for LaHaze to set up tolling arrangements for processing flower to concentrate for other entities.

· Product Innovation: Identify market opportunities for new products, providing input for LaHaze to create innovative offerings.

· Feedback and Leadership: Provide leadership with on-the-ground feedback on LaHaze products and offerings. Report back on results on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

· Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of B2B sales either in the cannabis or liquor space.

· Culture Fit: Self-starter with a proactive approach.

· Experience: 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cannabis or liquor industry

· Cannabis Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the market, products, and regulations

· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

· Creativity: Innovative and creative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.

· Tech Savvy: Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools. In addition, experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot, is a plus.

· Adaptability: Comfortable in an evolving industry, able to adapt strategies as needed

Expectations:

· Travel extensively (3 weeks a month) to meet with clients, prospects, and other industry players.

· Spend 1 week a month working at the grow facility to understand the product and processes.

· Conduct 2 vendor days per month at retail stores carrying LaHaze products.

Compensation:

· Base salary $41,000 – $45,000 per year commissions

· Gas and travel expenses are reimbursable per Company guidelines
