IT Operations Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Support the design, maintenance and further development of IT Systems in a warehouse/production center environment.
- Define OT layer architecture and ensures strong cybersecurity compliance
- Collaborate with manufacturing team and provide input into standardization of IT devices, services and applications
- Anticipate operational issues by learning operations
- Monitor servers, clients, devices and services impacting production
- Collect, analyze, and summarize operating trends with efficiency gains in mind.
- Collaboration in an agile environment with a focus on teamwork and DevOps
- Monitor ticket system for production topics and take ownership of requests that can be more easily resolved
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Production Operations support and Project implementation
- Experience with virtualization technologies.
- Script and programming languages (Python, Powershell)
- Good knowledge of Linux and Windows administration.
- Experience resolving global tickets
Benefits And Compensation:
- Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000
