Job Description:
Responsibilities: Great communication, leadership qualities with 3rd party risk assessment/management skill sets preferably in Banking domain
Required Skills: 10-12 years of exp with the following skills:
3rd party risk assessment/management
Experience in Banking domain
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives & challenges
Understand the business requirements, integrate them with technology, and act as bridge between various stakeholders
Analyse and document current business processes to ensure that project stakeholders understand the information
Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases and user stories
Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams
Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs
Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges
Understand the features, functions and capabilities of applications or services
Excellent communication, leadership qualities
Nice to have skills: Interpersonal and collaboration skills across teams (technology, business, operations).
