**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a construction worker with a minimum of 5 years' experience to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Candidate will assist in various construction tasks and projects, contributing to the successful completion of building projects.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist and/or lead tasks such as demolition, framing, blueprint reading, door hanging, material delivery, remodeling, installing windows, siding and general building activities.

- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.

- Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.

- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications.

- Perform site clean-up and debris removal.

**Qualifications:**

-Driver's license and reliable transportation

-Five years' previous experience in construction or related field is required.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

- Proficiency in various construction skills such as, painting, window installation, door hanging, remodeling, carpentry, and general building.

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
