SERVICE COORDINATOR – Commercial Construction

:Organize, manage and maintain all information systems utilized in the Service Department. Coordinate and schedule job contracts, equipment, materials and crews. Assist Service Managers and technicians as needed

Responsibilities

• Support the Superintendent:
• Review contracts for site requirements and accuracy
• Organize and schedule jobs
• Ordering materials and supplies as per job requirements, as well as ensuring proper equipment is available and arranged
• High volume file management; ensuring files are complete, all authorizations and information is present forwork completed
• Prepare work orders, letters, quotes, etc. and invoicing customers for completedwork
• Support the field Operations:
• Providing Foreman and crews with job information and requirements
•  Maintain employee paperwork for field personnel to ensure any necessary paperwork is provided, such as applications, licenses, police checks, etc.
• Handling incoming customer calls & inquiries and dispatching crews to handle leak calls

• Previous experience in a construction environment is considered an asset
• Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to pay strong attention to detail
• Form and maintain customer relations; in person, through email, and over the phone
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, stay organized, and perform in a deadline-oriented environment
• Reliable, with strong problem-solving skills 
• Work independently as well as in a team-based environment
