What You’ll Do:
- Lead the setup, management, and optimization of SEG’s paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta and Instagram.
- Become the authority on paid social media, offering insights on trends, best practices, and innovative campaign experiments.
- Deliver comprehensive performance reports detailing spend, conversions, CAC, and profit margins.
- Analyze the entire acquisition funnel, from paid traffic to lead generation and conversion.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate tracking and alignment on paid campaign objectives.
- Explore and recommend new strategies for social media growth.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-4 years of experience in performance-driven marketing, with a solid background in paid media campaign management and analytics.
- Proficiency in Meta platform, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools, with the ability to communicate complex data to senior management effectively.
Nice to Have:
