This position is responsible for leading the school administration team and has responsibility for the delivery of a high-quality instructional program and overall operation of the school including: curriculum implementation in classrooms, staff training and development, student enrollment, parent and community relations, staff supervision and evaluation of approved curriculum and professional development, profit and loss management, and facility management. This is a Full Time, Year Round position located in our Las Vegas, NV market. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Must have 1 year(s) of administrative experience in a preschool setting.Knowledge of principles, techniques, goals and objectives of early childhood education.Experience building a positive and collaborative team culture.The ability to professionally communicate effectively and positively.
