• Gain a comprehensive understanding of relevant business areas to suggest viable solutions and craft high-quality requirements.
• Employ various techniques to gather business requirements, including interviews, workshops, surveys, and more.
• Assess technical options, understand their limitations, costs, and associated risks, and communicate these trade-offs to business partners.
• Translate conceptual user requirements into detailed, actionable functional requirements.
• Collaborate with business and delivery teams to prioritize these requirements effectively.
• Develop and maintain a requirements management plan to track and monitor the progress of all requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current systems and desired functionalities.
• Facilitate resolution of conflicts among project stakeholders related to requirements prioritization and scope decisions.
• Conduct validation sessions with stakeholders to ensure the requirements meet business needs and expectations.
• Oversee requirement scope throughout the delivery process.
• Produce key documentation such as business cases, scope documents, and process flows.
• Support delivery teams in developing, testing, and deploying solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 5 years of applicable experience; investment industry is a plus

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

• Demonstrated expertise in understanding and documenting business needs and requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at various organizational levels.
• Experience in business analysis with proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, Visio, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of synthesizing complex information to aid decision-making.
• Proven interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM applications, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
• Basic understanding of business process reengineering.
• Prior experience in the investment industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of QA/testing processes.
