Minimum Base Pay : $17.00. All salary calculations start at the minimum salary and will be based on candidate's education and experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Guides, leads, reviews, verifies, observes, and manages the work of people reporting directly and indirectly to you. Recruit, direct, and supervise volunteers for programs, events, and activities.
Sells and tracks tickets to events using an on-line software ticketing program. Ensures accurate data in ticketing database. Receives payments, balances and closes cash drawers or computer.
Develops and trains staff in ticketing software, operations, procedures. Performs needs analysis, arranges, coordinates, delivers, evaluate, and monitors staff development.
Designs, develops, implements, and maintains manual and automated systems that disseminate public information, and distributes as needed. Prepares and maintains mailing lists, mailing labels and implement bulk mailing of brochures.
Prepares and makes daily deposits and generates ticketing reports for various internal and external requests.
Monitors, evaluate and coordinates services provided by outside vendors.
Maintains and controls accounting records for the ticketing system. Includes database, logs, cost records, and general records.
Completes research and special projects, as required.
Assists in the design and distribution of brochures and flyers promoting theatre shows and events.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Qualifications :
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED with additional training related to the position
Four years of related experience
Knowledge of:
Microsoft Office Professional or similar application
Skilled in:
Delivering a high level of customer service
Attention to detail while maintaining effective time and task management
Ability to:
Research information for problem solving
Accurately handle cash transactions
Licenses, Registration, Certifications, or Special Requirements:
Regular physical attendance required

Education and Experience:
Associate degree
Experience in box office operations, including ticketing software
Experience as lead worker or indirect supervisor
Work Environment and Physical Demand:
Reach and grasp objects
Stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Stand for extended periods of time
Use of video display terminal
Use of manual dexterity and fine motor skill
Communicate information orally and in writing
Receive and understand information through oral and written communication
Proofread and check documents for accuracy
Work a fluctuating work schedule
