Valley View Community Health Center is recruiting a full-time primary care Medical Provider for work at our busy Walk In Clinic in Centralia WA. Must have active Washington State medical license as well as DEA.

The MD/DO/ARNP/PA-C will work directly with the Medical Director on issues related to patient care management. Experience in minor surgical techniques is desired as well as 3 years previous experience in a patient care setting.
