Welcome Center/Front Office Staff (PT/FT)

Front Office Personnel at Perfection Gymnastics are the first point of contact for our customers, and they strive to build relationships with all parents, students, and staff. These relationships allow the Office Staff to assist our customers in the most effective way while supporting their fellow staff members and the company at large. Office Staff members foster these relationships by providing excellent customer service and positive energy to their work environment.

Perfection Gymnastics School is located in West Chester, Ohio, and has one main goal: to inspire character and excellence through relationships and the sport of gymnastics. Our staff is passionate about ensuring every child and family has an outstanding experience, whether they join us for one class or they have been a customer for years.

Details:

• Employment type: Full-time 30 hours / Part-time, 15-25 hours, depending on a number of factors.
• Salary range: $14-16 per hour, depending on experience.
• Hour/availability needs: Must be available evening and weekend hours, some daytime.
• Benefits eligibility: Full-time employees are eligible for benefits: Medical, Dental, 401k.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has 3 years of front-facing office/customer service experience.
• Managerial/supervisory/leadership experience is a plus.
• Is highly organized and a proficient multi-tasker.
• Communicates in a friendly, courteous, and effective manner with all customers and coworkers in person, on the phone, via email, and in all other forms of communications.
• Is proficient or above average in technology and computer skills.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and manages difficult situations in a calm, effective manner.

Additional Qualifications:

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must communicate clearly and fluently in English (both verbal and written), other languages a plus.
• Must complete all required USAG Safe Sport and safety training.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
