Construction Coordinator

What will you do?

The Construction Coordinator is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily function of our Construction Department. Duties include applying for permits laws, organization of construction projects and files, supporting our field Construction Superintendents and VP of Construction.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and tracking status of equipment orders
• Responsible for managing and tracking status of construction permits.
• Undertake tasks around performance management
• Organize annual employee performance review process
• Assist in organization of construction files and records in electronic and paper form
• Assist in various support functions and special projects

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and analytically driven.
• Result-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Advanced computer skills - Word and Excel
• Must be bilingual and fluent in Spanish

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
