Cripe Photography, Inc. is Hiring a School Photographer Near Zionsville, IN

No experience required. Paid training. We are accepting resumes/applications for part time seasonal photographer positions. This position is for an exuberant, high energy, extremely social individual with experience working with people, including children and toddlers.

You must have insured reliable transportation; a valid Indiana driver’s license, be detail oriented and enjoy working with children in the school environment.

Cripe Photography offers a travel stipend for certain events.

Any experience in group and school photography would be nice, but not required. We will train motivated individuals that have the right attitude. ALL equipment and training will be provided.

Position requires you to travel to school locations to photograph individual school day pictures and/or group pictures. If you're retired and a little bored, or a stay-at-home mom... think about this as something to do while the kids are at school!

Picture Day responsibilities: Work in a team environment with other studio staff. Set up portrait equipment (provided by us) at schools and photograph all subjects presented. Return equipment and paperwork at the end of photography day. Other duties as assigned.

This position is seasonal. It will consist of eight weeks in the Fall (July – October/November). There are other events and activities during the year but are limited. 90% of work is early morning starting around 6:00 am to 11:00ish but it can vary.

  • Must be extremely comfortable with children and toddlers and be willing to be silly to make them smile.
  • Must be very social and have high energy and willing to do physical work.
  • Must have impeccable customer service and be well-spoken. Attention to detail is very important.
  • Position will require you to travel to different locations to photograph.
  • Occasional Saturdays will be required and will be known well in advance.
  • This is a NON-smoking position.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
