Responsibilities Train and develop crew members Manage crew and assigned equipment Travel to various sites to perform lawn and landscape maintenance services Safely and efficiently operate assigned vehicle and equipment Complete scheduled work safely and efficiently Collaborate with and assist shop in maintaining and repairing vehicles and equipment Accurately record time and material usage Adhere to and enforce company policy on crew Perform snow and ice management tasks in the winter Other tasks as assigned to support the company’s objectives Requirements Sufficient lawn, snow, and landscape maintenance experience Able to safely operate truck and trailer, including backing up Able to safely and efficiently operate commercial mowing equipment and tools Able to represent the company in a very professional manner Able to successfully lead and manage 2-3 person crew Able to train and develop crew members Must have strong verbal and written communication ability Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Must be very reliable and dependable Compensation & Benefits Hourly This description is for informational purposes and not intended to be an all-inclusive list of responsibilities or requirements.
