We are a small organization but are growing rapidly with multiple nurse practitioners and counselors on board. We are in need of an experienced administrator to run the clinic.

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support in a medical office setting, ensuring efficient operations and excellent patient service. **Duties:** - Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Schedule patient appointments and manage medical records - Assist with medical billing and coding tasks - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment - Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications effectively - Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care **Experience:** - Experience with Eaglesoft or similar medical software systems - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards - Familiarity with medical scheduling processes - Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is a plus - Strong background as a Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist preferred - Exceptional patient service skills This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, utilizing your administrative skills to support the delivery of quality patient care.
