Soni Resources Group is Hiring an Accounts Payable Coordinator Near Woodbury, NY
Responsibilities:
- Code such items as invoices, vouchers, expense reports, check requests, etc., with correct accounts to ensure proper entry into the financial system.
- Handle vendor correspondence via phone or email.
- Investigate and resolves issues associated with processing of invoices.
- Prepare batch check runs and wire transfers.
- Receive, research and resolve a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons.
- File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records and reports.
- Perform other duties as required to support the Accounting Department and firm operations.
- 2 years of AP experience - Law firm or professional services required
- Degree in Accounting / Finance/ Business
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
