AGRILAND FS is Hiring a Credit Administrator Near Winterset, IA
- Manages the day-to-day Credit Inbox and will prepare all credit applications for the Credit Managers
- Processes all credit applications that pass the criteria and those approved by the A/R Manager, establishing new accounts
- Tracks legal expenses by customer and location and prepares all legal documentation (invoices, statements, BOP, etc.)
- Prepares and sends Cure Notices from the Credit Manager and maintains Budget Billing
- Prepares and processes finance charge waivers for Credit Manager
- Usually requires a minimum of a two-year business administrative degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with customer service and sales
- Ability to multitask and experience managing multiple projects at one time
- Excellent listening, communication, math, reading and business skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook with experience learning proprietary business support software
- Demonstrate self starting skills, work ethic, with ability to work beyond normal working hours
