Description:

This role is to develop training materials, orchestrate initial training classes and help develop a process to manage and report training qualification data

Create classroom/remote training modules

• Create a training schedule
• Facilitate creation of training homework and quizzes.
• Enable a databased approach to track training qualifications
• Create process and a repository for qualification records
• Update confluence websites for effective information sharing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in developing structured objective based learning curriculum.
• Experience planning and orchestrating remote learning training session.
• Technically proficient using power point, word, etc.
• Experience creating a tracking system for training qualifications/proficiency
• Technically savvy using databases and report generators (such as Tableau or other standard report generating software)
