This is a 12-month project assignment working on-site in White Plains, NY paying $42-44/hr
The Billing analyst will help in preparing billing requests and the payments that come in on a daily basis - either for lump sum, payment plans or Financed
Job Functions And ResponsibilitiesPrepare Billing requests in Primavera/SAP and prepare the SAP sales orders and request the Sales invoices from Accounting.
Gather the documentation for the Billing requests - Sales invoice, backup and send to Customer
Record payment from Customer in Primavera
Work with Project Leads and Managers on delinquent payments with Customers
Maintain Billing tracking schedules
Perform system reconciliation between Primavera and SAP
SkillsExcel, Learn, Primavera
Experience with SAP Experience with Procore helpful
