Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Retail and Commercial Kitchen Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for freeze-dried snacks, candy, and a strong understanding of retail and inventory management. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our retail store, commercial kitchen, and candy retail business, including:
• Managing the retail store, including customer service, sales, and inventory for both freeze-dried snacks and candy
• Running the commercial kitchen, including food preparation, sanitation, and compliance with food safety regulations
• Ordering and receiving supplies
• Hiring and managing staff
• Maintaining a clean and organized workplace
• Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies for the candy retail business
Qualifications:
• Ideal candidate 2 years of experience in retail or food management is a plus
• Experience with freeze-dried foods and candy is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
