**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Sonographer to join our medical team. As a Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing ultrasound procedures to assist in the diagnosis of various medical conditions. **Duties:** - Conduct ultrasound examinations using specialized equipment - Capture images of internal organs for diagnostic purposes - Analyze technical information to provide accurate preliminary findings - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper patient care - Maintain patient records and confidentiality - Ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated **Skills:** - Proficiency in medical terminology - Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology - Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations accurately - Familiarity with aseptic techniques for patient safety - Experience in emergency room (ER) settings is advantageous - Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and sonography principles
