URGENLY HIRING CAREGIVERS- that will provide the following services to a client: assistance with medication, laundry, cooking, feeding, dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, grooming and occasional errandsÂ
9 HOURS PER WEEK 3x PER WEEK
CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AID
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Home management and care planning
- Medical advocacy
- Prescription medical management
- Help with personal hygiene and care
- Assisting with meals and nutrition
- Help with mobility
- Home maintenance and basic house keeping
- Errands
- Keeping them company
- Reporting and monitoring the patients’ health changes
