Starting pay range of $62,500 to $69,500 annual salary.

1.0 FTE - Full-time exempt position
Remote Hybrid work option

Purpose of the Position:

The Recruiter is a position that provides strategic Full lifecycle recruiting and talent sourcing support to specific North Central Health Care business units.

Education, Licenses, Certification, Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum Education:
    • Two-year degree from an accredited college or university or a combination of education and relevant recruiting experience.
  • Minimum Work Experience:
    • Two years of experience in recruiting
  • Required Skills:
    • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
    • Knowledge of sourcing applicants through various social media platforms and tools
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple open positions.
  • Driving Requirements:
    • Valid Wisconsin driver's license and appropriate auto insurance coverage as required by North Central Health Care.
    • Must have the use of a personal vehicle
  • Preferred Qualifications, Skills, Education, Licenses, Certifications and Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Recruitment experience in healthcare or government
    • SHRM-CP certification

Any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leads the coordination of all aspects of staff recruitment, hiring and retention for assigned business units.
  • Attends meetings with hiring managers to gain a better understanding of required talent pools.
  • Proactively identifies candidates by utilizing multiple strategies including sourcing online databases and social media sites, job boards, contact lists, networking, optimizing use of employee referrals and ATS system, and attending industry and diversity related events.
  • Gathers data around competition and market conditions or trends that may impact ability to find and hire the right talent.
  • Provides ongoing feedback to hiring managers on the recruitment marketplace that helps keep managers informed about realistic expectations to develop appropriate workforce sourcing strategies.
  • Monitors trends and developments in sourcing tools and technologies and utilizes social media for sourcing and other marketing forums to drive traffic to NCHC’s website for career opportunities.
  • Recommends ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting.
  • Facilitates employment offer processes through the candidate’s first day of employment.
  • Ensures highest level of the candidate experience throughout NCHC’s hiring processes.
  • Leverages best practices, external HR partners, and industry trends to inform consultative approach.
  • Partners Director of Human Resources to communicate policies, procedures and programs.
  • Interacts with other departments including Finance, Communications, and HR team members to communicate,
  • Technology literacy and experience working with human resource information systems and databases with proficiency in using Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel are required. Experience with advanced reporting software is beneficial.
  • Maintains regular on-site attendance
