Requirements :
- Must have 5 years of direct QA/QC Manager experience working on apartments, hospitals, libraries, schools and/or universities in the DMV area ranging 20M in size
- Must have experience using Timberline (Sage 300 for Construction and Real Estate)
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Possess an optimistic and positive attitude, must be able to succeed in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize, organize and complete assigned work
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels, both internal and external
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Salary Range: $80,000 - 100,000 commensurate with experience Up to 10% in an annual discretionary bonus
