**THE MUST HAVES**

// At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience

// At least 1 year of experience managing a P L

// Food Handlers license or ServSafe certification required

// High school diploma or equivalency

// Able to work evenings, late nights, weekends holidays

// Experience coaching, training, developing teams

// Passion for food, delivering top notch service coaching their team

// Partner communicate effectively with a diverse group of people

// Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

// Able to roll with the punches, effectively prioritize problem solve

// Able to multitask delegate as needed
