Job Title: Security Account Manager

Reports To: Director of Security Operations

 Job Summary: The Security Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the security services provided to key clients. This role ensures client satisfaction, maintains security standards, and develops strategies to enhance security measures. The Security Account Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored security solutions.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss security performance and address any concerns.
• Security Operations:
  • Oversee the implementation of security protocols, procedures, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with the security team to ensure effective schedule coverage and response.
  • Monitor and evaluate security operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Conduct weekly inspections of personnel.
• Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement security strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Identify potential security risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for service expansion and improvement.
• Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and provide guidance to security personnel assigned to client sites.
  • Conduct training sessions and briefings to ensure team readiness.
  • Perform performance evaluations and provide feedback to security staff.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and present security reports to clients and senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of security incidents and actions taken.
  • Ensure all security documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
