Medical Office Receptionist

Responsibilities:
· Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
· Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
· Assist with scheduling appointments efficiently.
· Accurately input patient demographics and verify insurance details.
· Support other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
· Prior medical office reception experience preferred.
· Strong customer service skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Willingness to learn and be coachable.
· Uplifting personality and positive attitude.
· Neat and professional appearance.
· Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
· Experience with electronic medical records is highly desired.
· High school diploma or GED.
· Background check, drug screen, and reference checks required.
Office Hours:
Monday and Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (rotational)
Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (rotational)
Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation:
$16.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience.
