CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a Conservative and Faith-based cellular service company in need of candidates with customer service experience.
Job Title : Member Services - Customer Service
Location : Tyler, Texas (76021)
Pay : $20 / hr BOE
Schedule :
Monday thru Friday 8am-8pm flexibility (8hour shift)
Must be available for some Saturdays
Job Description :
Candidates will handle inbound / outbound calls, conduct activations, troubleshooting device and / or network issues, and answer account and billing related questions.
Requirements :
High School Degree or equivalent required
Previous customer service / tech support preferred
Call center experience highly preferred
