Pmo Project Manager Details
- Proactive management of sub-projects with focus on ensuring and evaluating measurable results
- Responsible to ensure consistency of action plans and planned results across sub-projects and during the course of the program.
- Intensive exchange and coordination of project contents with involved corporate functions (e.g., controlling)
- Content-related “sparring” regarding the project progress with involved stakeholders
- Development and preparation of regular (interim) presentations of results for the executive board and for the Program Steering Committee
- Development and enforcement of countermeasures when deviation from budget is foreseeable
- Particular challenges including conflict management, detection of correlations and performance risks across sub-projects.
- Challenge developed contents and support implementation.
- Provide best practices and align with internal as well as external experts.
- Creation Investment proposal (Capex) and business case justification
- Administration of PMO Tool
