DUTIES/RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
- Accurately enter customer information and update account details in the system.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and provide solutions.
- Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have 2-5 years of customer service experience.
EDUCATION:
Insurance License.
