Senior SAP Core HR/ Benefits SME(US).
10 years of consulting or industry experience implementing benefits solutions in SAP HCM ECC or S4/HANA environment and 2-3 implementations/roll outs/upgrades
Experience implementing Benefits including configuration of Benefit Plans (Health, Insurance, Savings, Flexible Spending and Miscellaneous)
Good Working experience in interface and 3rd party integrations.
Candidates must have strong working experience/knowledge of PA, OM, SF EC and Payroll /Cross module integration with at least 2-3 full life cycle implementations
Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
*SF Benefits work experience is added advantage
