We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our General Dentistry Office. We are a family owned PPO/FFS practice. The ideal candidate will have a background in dental office management and possess strong leadership abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including staff supervision and task delegation
- Oversee medical records management and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Implement and monitor budgetary guidelines to optimize financial performance
- Coordinate utilization management processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide administrative support to ensure seamless workflow
- Collaborate with staff members to streamline office systems
Experience:
- Proven experience in dental office management
- Understanding of systems to improve efficiency in operation
- Knowledge of medical records management and healthcare regulations
- Proficient at treatment plan presentation, financial arrangements and dealing with insurance
- Experience providing administrative support in dental office
