Fun Park Pediatric Dentistry is Hiring a Dental front office Near Suffolk, VA

Salary is negotiable and based on experience.

Fun Park Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a talented individual with excellent customer facing skills, attention to detail and impeccable manners.

The individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to the dental clinic as well as communication with our surgical center and other dental clinics to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Greets, checks in, and assists patients presenting to the office graciously. Offers condiments whenever available and engages in conversation to make patients and their family feel welcomed.

Answers office telephone promptly and courteously.

Checks emails and voicemail frequently and returns phone calls and email responses in a timely manner.

Schedules patients appointments and confirms appointments.

Prepares initial patient chart with scanned patient history, insurance cards, and registration forms as well as family contact information (address, telephone, email).

Maintains strict patient confidentiality,

Assists in marketing efforts.

Obtains patient satisfaction feedback and addresses concerns.

Ensures the flow of the office and that patients scheduled for treatment are being seen in a timely manner.

Ensures insurance verification is carried out early on and notes are made to address insurance changes as patients arrive.

Corresponds with insurance companies to determine coverage benefits and copayments.

Accepts and prepares receipt for patient payments.

Performs other duties as requested.

Pay : $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
