**GENERAL PURPOSE**

Provides knowledge and expertise in delivering appropriate wellness, fitness and exercise programs for patients and employees. Suggests additional programs and provides information related to exercise/wellness activities. Works directly to market programs and services and enroll clients for participation.

Position: Senior Water Aerobics Instructor - Must be Lifeguard Certified

Hours: PRN - Few hours each week - consistently

Setting: Senior Care Wellness

Location: Stoughton, WI

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Minimum hiring age is 18 years of age

High School diploma or equivalent

Lifeguard Certified

Certified Nursing Assistant, may be required

Background in exercise and activity training with senior populations, preferred
