- 36 hours: four 9-hr shifts and three 12-hr shifts per week on rotation
- Every other weekend
- Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Current license as social worker in Oklahoma preferred.
- Hospital social work experience preferred.
- Strong skills in oral and written communication.
- Able to speak clearly and distinctly with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
- Able to extensively utilize telephone for communication.
- Demonstrates adequate physical and emotional stamina to deal with stressful situations and to complete necessary work schedule.
- Able to sit/stand/walk for extended periods of time throughout the work schedule, with some lifting and bending.
- Demonstrates adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, for reading and preparing written documents.
- Able to hear, or adequate hearing with corrections, spoken communications from staff, physicians, patients, and families as well as pages.
- Demonstrates adequate manual dexterity to prepare written documents.
