LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operations and mechanical maintenance services at the Thomas Eagleton US Courthouse in St. Louis, Missouri. Position will support prime partner TeamGOV.
Qualifications/Experience:
The Facilities Manager shall have at a minimum a high school diploma or equivalency and 5 years of recent (within the past 7 years) experience in the management and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for multiple high rise buildings totaling 900,000 sq. ft. or greater and characteristics of the buildings to be covered by this contract.
