Digital Monitoring Products is Hiring a Communications Specialist Near Springfield, MO

The Communications Specialist, will create, manage and facilitate clear and concise communications for DMP and make recommendations for Vertical campaigns and content. This includes both internal and external corporate emails, product announcements, organic & paid social media, website content management and more. Preparing content, light graphic design or adobe creative suite work, corporate event promotion, mailing list organization and maintenance, media buys and campaign execution in addition to other tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • College Degree or 2 yrs. experience in a similar position.
  • Experience managing corporate social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram) and social media management programs such as Hootsuite or similar tool.
  • Experience managing email marketing tools such as MailChimp or similar
  • Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiar with content management systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for creating and executing DMP's strategic communications including, internal/external emails, dealer & end user facing social media, website content and media buys.
  2. Make recommendations for Vertical campaigns and content based on industry trends and DMP product development.
  3. Assist in the development of annual Vertical marketing campaigns and budgets.
  4. Execute Vertical Marketing Campaigns through paid print & digital media as well as organic & paid social media.
  5. Manage social media accounts and make recommendations for changes/improvements based on monthly analytics.
  6. Maintain and publishes various documents using Adobe Creative Suite.
  7. Maintain and publishes website content.
  8. Occasionally uses Online Survey Tools such as QuestionPro, Web forms or similar program.
